Back to gym after a week's break
I am under Super Compensation, and I was able to do 8 pull-ups in the first set. This is the maximum number of pull-ups I did ever. Time to start focusing again on fitness lifestyle.
This is what I did today.
Push / Pull Workout
- Dynamic Stretching
- 10 minutes Treadmill run
- Pull-ups: 8-3-3-2-2-1
- Push-ups: 10-10-5

- Lat pull down - 28 kg - 15 x 3
- Incline chest press - 7.5 kg - 12 x 2 - 10 kg 12
- Next 2 in Combination
- Face pull - 21 kg - 15 x 3
- Shoulder press dumbbell - 5 kg - 15 x 3
- Fat bench chest press - 10 kg - 12-12-11
- Rope to stand using cable - 35 kg - 15 x2 - 39 kg - 15
- Forearm exercises with cable and dumbbell
- Static Stretching
Overall Workout Rating: 8.5
Not too easy and Not too hard, just right
