Let's start at ~301 been working out for 14 months so add or subtract rest days and breaks. 301 seems a good number.
Leg day
- Dynamic Stretching

- Leg press - 25 kgx15x3
- Single leg dead lift - 5kgx10x3
- Calf raise - 12.5kgx15x3

Yearly Goal
I am going to set a yearly goal starting today.
Per day (upper body workout day) I can do about 15 reps of pull-ups before workout, so 4 more months remaining. 20 days per month if I work out. I can aim for 20x15x4 = 1200 pull-ups?
I will aim for 1000 pull-ups.
Yesterday I did: 19 pull-ups
