- Wall finger push-ups - 30
- Kneeled Floor finger push-ups - 10
- Dumbbell hold mix of 7.5 kg and 10 kg for about 1 minute total

- Forearm twist towards
- Forearm twist away
Wrist exercises
- Bar side to side wrist twist - max reps for few sets
- Bar front to down wrist twist - max reps for few sets
